Take the 30-Day Gratitude Challenge
November is officially National Gratitude Month, so what better time to participate in the 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge.
The purpose of this challenge is to focus each day on someone in your life for who you feel appreciation. This can be someone from your past or someone who’s currently in your life. Each day write a short note expressing your appreciation for their contribution to your life’s journey.
Over the next 30 days, send one heartfelt handwritten note to one person every day.
You never know what someone is going through. Your small act of appreciation may help them find happiness and/or joy on a day when they hit a speed bump.
Practicing gratitude can pay huge dividends in our lives. So, the 5-10 minutes per day that you spend writing out a brief note of appreciation to someone in your life may strengthen your relationship; but it might also bring a little sunshine to their day.
Sometimes it’s the little things that cause a shift in our mood and/or attitude. As each of us moves to a place of happiness, we raise our vibration. As a result, we can begin to attract good things in our lives.
You can take the challenge any time of the year, but why wait. Start today.
Join the movement – play it forward with an act of appreciation.
